1. Services

WITH OS LTD provides:

  • Content production

  • Social media management

  • Sponsored brand integrations

  • Strategic marketing campaigns

  • Digital media partnerships

All services are governed by written agreements.

2. Ownership of Client Social Media Accounts

All client social media accounts, login credentials, advertising accounts, and digital assets remain the sole property of the Client.

WITH OS LTD does not claim ownership of:

  • Client accounts

  • Client trademarks

  • Client intellectual property

Upon termination, administrative access shall be returned where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Final approved content delivered to the Client becomes the Client’s commercial asset.

  • WITH OS LTD reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless contractually restricted.

4. Payments & Cancellation Policy

All payments for marketing, production, and strategic services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If cancellation occurs prior to project initiation, partial refunds may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

Custom campaigns and sponsorship agreements become binding once confirmed in writing.

5. Performance Disclaimer

Marketing results are influenced by external platform algorithms and market conditions.

WITH OS LTD does not guarantee specific performance outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6. Advertising & Sponsorship Compliance

Sponsored content and brand collaborations are conducted in accordance with:

  • UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines

  • Relevant platform advertising policies

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WITH OS LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Algorithm changes

  • Platform suspensions

  • Third-party service failures

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
